Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope and acceptance

The sale of product in Europe by the selling company is regulated by these Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, T&C). These T&C are considered accepted in full and without reservation by the Customer. The sending of an order by the Customer presupposes acceptance of all the T&C. The Seller reserves the right to update these T&C without notice.

2. Order delivery terms

All product deliveries are Ex Works (incoterm EXW).

3. Transport costs

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. 

4. Order delivery timetable

All orders placed before 2pm will be delivered within a maximum period of 48h. All orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day. This timetable and delivery is valid ONLY for deliveries within the European Union. Please note that orders will be delivered within the limits of available stock.

If any of the products are out of stock, we will send you the available products and not charge you delivery costs for the remainder of your purchase. The order will be sent to the address indicated at the time the purchase was made.

The payment method chosen by you may affect delivery times (see Clause 5, Payment methods accepted).

If you do not receive a delivery within the specified period for reasons attributable to the carrier or our logistics department, and not due to force majeure, we will reimburse the transportation costs applied.

After receiving your delivery, we advise you to check that everything is OK with your order and that the package is in good condition. If any abnormality is found upon receipt, please sign with reservations and write a note on the carrier delivery note. After opening the package, if you find that the items delivered do not concur with your order or are damaged, please contact our Customer Service.

5. Payment methods accepted

You may pay the amount of your order by any of the following forms of payment:

A) Credit/debit card

We recommend our customers pay by credit card to expedite the preparation and delivery of orders. You can pay with VISA or Mastercard. Online payment by credit card is done via a security gateway that encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted over the Internet. For security reasons, the Seller should verify all orders paid by credit card. In some cases, you may be asked for additional details before your purchase can be accepted. In addition, any order exceeding an amount established by the Seller will result in proof of identification and address being requested; this should be sent to the fax number or email address indicated below. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, these security measures are testament to our willingness to protect our customers against possible bank fraud.

B) By bank transfer

You must make the transfer to the account indicated. PLEASE NOTE: include the order reference and your name, or that of the company, when making the transfer. After receiving payment, we will notify you by email that your order has been sent.

C) By PayPal 

PayPal lets you pay directly without communicating your financial information over the Internet. It automatically encrypts your confidential data with the help of the best technologies available on the market.

6. Guarantee

7. Product returns

Returns and exchanges will be accepted only during the 20 days following the invoice date. No exchanges or return of materials that have been used, handled or with the blister pack or wrapping opened will be accepted.

Before returning the goods, call 973289580 for a return code and write this on the return envelope with the address shown below.

Send the material to be returned to: Av. Blondel, 54 3, 25002, Lleida, Spain.

Once the material is received and verified, payment for the amount of material returned will be issued to the corresponding bank account.

The customer will be responsible for all material delivery costs. If the returned material is part of a promotional package with a minimum purchase, the prevailing rate will be applied to the remaining material.

9. Complaints

The buyer may submit any complaint relating to the product acquired or service received from the selling company by writing to Customer Service at: Servicio de Atención al Cliente, Av. 10. Data protection

According to the Law on the Protection of Data, 15/1999, the selling company informs you that your data will be stored on a file under the control of GEODA MEDICAL, SL, based at Avenida Blondel, 54 3, Lleida, Spain. The purpose of this is to manage your membership, send product offers by any media and/or conduct market research. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to the address indicated above.
